An Update on our Covid-19 Response
Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our tour guides.
That is why we are treating the current COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Here are the steps we have taken.
All of our motorcycle sidecars and equipments (interior, helmets, etc) are disinfected thoroughly between each tour.
While all of our tours are still operating, we have waived all re-booking and cancellation fees for tours booked through our website between now and April 30, 2020. We may extend this date should the situation change in the future.
If you booked our tour through a third-party, such as Tripadvisor or Airbnb, please visit their respective website for re-booking and cancellation policies, as they are beyond our control. As far as we know, they are also offering flexible booking policies if your travel is impacted by COVID-19.
Our decision to continue operating tours is mainly because all of our tours are private. Our sidecar itself can fit two passengers, and the driver/guide sits at a distance, in a much higher position than the passengers. So the only person you will come into close contact with during the tour is your travelling companion. The open top seating also ensures circulation of fresh air. The infection risk is still low in the San Diego area and we believe we have taken all the necessary precautions to minimize your risk.
